Job Description & Requirements for the role
• Handle the entire sales cycle including but not limited to tele-calling, site visits, negotiation, legal paperwork
• Excellent knowledge of the Gurgaon real estate market , across multiple micro-markets including but not limited to Golf Course Road, Golf Course Extension road, SPR, Dwarka Expressway, New Gurgaon and Sohna
• Good knowledge of ongoing new projects across Gurgaon from all major Developers, with good market relationships with Developers and Brokers
• Must be a through professional who is able to build trust with people easily and work with complete transparency
• Must have high energy and must always be willing to go the extra mile as the job entails - including working late evenings, weekends etc as required
• Having a ‘yes’
attitude is a must, with the candidate being always willing to learn and be curious
• Needs to be very time conscious and structured - always be on time for meetings and appointments
• Must be able to demonstrate excellent sales track record and history of meeting and exceeding sales targets
