- **Develop and implement sales strategies**: Identify target corporate clients, develop sales plans, and execute strategies to acquire new business in the foreign currency exchange market.
- **Build and maintain client relationships**: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients, understanding their specific currency exchange & Travel Card needs and providing tailored solutions.
- **Sales presentations and negotiations**: Deliver compelling sales presentations and effectively communicate the benefits of using the company's foreign currency exchange services. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure business.
- **Account management**:Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services.
- **Market research and analysis**: Stay updated on market trends, economic indicators, and geopolitical events that impact foreign currency exchange rates. Provide clients with market insights and recommend suitable hedging strategies.
- **Collaborate with internal teams**: Work closely with the operations, compliance, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions, adherence to regulatory requirements, and efficient client onboarding processes.
- **Sales reporting**: Track and report sales activities, client interactions, and revenue generation. Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
- **Attend industry events**: Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote brand awareness, build professional relationships, and identify potential business opportunities.
- **Continuous learning**: Stay updated on industry developments, changes in regulations, and advancements in foreign currency exchange technology to enhance your expertise and provide valuable insights to clients.
• *Requirements**:
Ø Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
Ø Proven experience in corporate sales, preferably in the financial services industry or foreign currency exchange sector.
Ø In-depth knowledge of foreign exchange markets
Ø Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making.
Ø Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Ø Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret market trends and data.
Ø Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Ø Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet sales targets.
Ø Familiarity with regulatory compliance and anti-money laundering practices in the financial industry.
Ø Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
