This is a sales position entailing lead generation, lead calling, B2C, B2B, and solid product knowledge. Training is provided.
Help our team community grow while making a positive difference in people’s lives.
Other tasks include customer retention by greeting existing members, assisting with billing issues and being of assistance as needed.
Product knowledge of our membership services is a must in order to present that information to clients, groups and businesses as is making phone calls and sending/replying to emails.
Must be available to attend a weekly sales training/team meeting which lasts 1 hour (you will be paid for your time) on Tuesday's from 1pm to 2pm.
