Sales General Manager
Planning
• Managing the entire sales & marketing operations of the dealership
• Annual, quarterly and monthly business planning & alignment of business plans to LOB's and reviewing the plan designed for achievement of the sales targets
• Planning and setting retail targets for vehicles and value added services and ensuring its achievement
• Review of market activations and campaigns executed by LOB's
Management &Administration
• Communicate and drive organization mission, vision & values to the entire team
• Co-ordinate with bankers and financiers (for inventory funding and retail financing), and with DSM's & other external agencies for smooth running of overall business operations
• Liaison with service workshop and spares department for smooth business operations and higher customer satisfaction
• Ensuring appropriate stocks and market outstanding is maintained at all times
• Reporting the dealership sales performance to the management regularly
• Managing the administrative arrangements of the showroom including showroom, delivery area and housekeeping
Sales Process
• Ensuring strict implementation of TML sales process & review the same
• Reviewing the sales pipeline and plan for corrective action with the DSMs
Customer Relationship Management
• Ensure high sales satisfaction and prompt complaint closure
• Drive customer satisfaction at the dealership by increasing awareness, training employees and implementing processes to improve customer satisfaction
• Connect with customers to get feedback on improvement opportunities for the dealership
People Management
• HR planning and adhering to the people numbers as per business targets
• Recruitment of critical and senior level positions
• Review performance of the team and provide ongoing development feedback
• Review the incentive earnings of LOB's and identify top and bottom performers
