We are looking for a result-driven counter salesperson to be responsible for the sales process from inception to the execution of the order. Your responsibilities include taking orders, answering questions relating to the order, receiving payment, and executing the order. You should provide quick and efficient service, ensure maximum customer satisfaction, and resolve all queries professionally.
Greeting customers as and when they enter the storeUnderstanding the customers' requirements and specificationsProviding the customers with solutions instantlySolving all the customer's complaints and issues about the productMaking sure the customer is satisfied with the products offered to themMaintaining a strong relationship with new customersChecking the store inventory and reporting it to the Sales ManagerOffering excellent customer service and customer satisfactionEnsuring the space is clean and tidy all the timeProcessing customer's payments in the form of cash or cardAdhering to all the rules and regulations of the organizationReporting any mishaps and accidents to the Store ManagerPerforming daily inspection of store and inventory room
