What you’ll be doing:
Using data and insights to identify and target new opportunities
Carrying out outbound outreach through phone calls, LinkedIn, and email
Experimenting with messaging and approaches to see what works best
Working closely with the team to hit targets and celebrate wins together
Attending a weekly in-person collaboration day in Manchester to brainstorm, train, and build strong team relationships
What we’re looking for:
Someone based in or near Manchester (weekly meet-ups are essential)
A mix of analytical thinking and people skills
Confidence speaking to new people and building rapport
Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn and CRM systems (or keen to learn)
Motivated by targets, growth, and performance bonuses
A positive attitude and team-first mindset
