What will be your role as Sales Head - APAC & ANZ at Hevo?
You will play a key role in scaling and accelerating Hevo's Inbound sales team. The incumbent will own a team of supercharged Inside Sales Managers and deliver excellent customer experience during the sales cycle.
• Manage a team of Inside Sales Managers (ISM) responsible for end-to-end Inbound Sales in Global Markets e.g. North America/EMEA/APAC
• Own monthly/quarterly/yearly revenue quota, account conversions, and other key KPIs of the team.
• Forecast closures accurately (weekly, monthly, and quarterly).
• Responsible for the daily metrics of the team (Dials, Talk Time, Emails, Opportunities).
• Train, Coach, and Mentor Inside Sales Manager with a continuous feedback mechanism.
