Job Role:
- Create and manage a team of effective CASA and personal bankers with a focus on cross-selling, per-person productivity, and client activation.
- Manage the portfolio and activate newly opened accounts, UPI linkage, M0 balance, savings balance, and grow wallet share of our banking products, such as insurance, mortgages, UL, SIP, and mutual funds.
- Take part in corporate induction and migration activities in the neighbourhood.
- Have good relationships with internal teams to take advantage of the connections from SME
- Opening new accounts (savings and current) in the branch catchment area
- Reliable corporate salary account sourcing
- Execute low-cost micromarketing campaigns near catchment areas to generate leads.
