Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for hotels and villas.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
• Collaborate with marketing for promotional campaigns.
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings.
• Prepare sales reports for senior management.
Qualifications:
• 2-5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of the Jaipur market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Experience with luxury clientele and group bookings is a plus Eg, OYO, Treebo, MMT, etc.
