FOR USA HEAD OF SALES & BD- IT SERVICES
My client in search of a dynamic and Experienced Sales and Business developemnt professional.
Expertise in selling services related to Adobe and Salesforce is critical & MUST
Our client are one of the largest NBFC in India and now wanting to expand to the US market.
The Technology Services arm, has deep domain expertise, advanced technology, and real-world insights to deliver transformative solutions. The client has now plans to enter US while the delivery center will be in Pune.
We are seeking a experienced and mature Sales Head to expand the IT services footprint in the US market.
• This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial sales leader with experience selling IT services especially in areas of digital experience, sales and service transformation.
• Prior experience in understanding a prospect needs and crafting a pitch using Adobe, and/or Salesforce will be key.
• The Sales Head will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and executing a strategic sales plan to penetrate mid-market financial services and ecommerce firms.
• Most important to be able to build a insightful and robost strategy for the US market
• The candidate is expected to take a proactive and independent approach in building and scaling the business. This will include personal networks, engaging sales partners in a outcome oriented commission structure, and in the first year hiring a sales executive to complement their efforts.
Desired Experience, Skills, and Qualification
• Minimum 15+ years of IT services sales experience, with at least 5+ years selling to mid- market financial services firms (banks, credit unions, insurers, distributors, brokers, wealth advisory firms).
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
• Expertise in selling services related to Adobe, and Salesforce services is critical.
• Strong network of industry relationships within the financial services sector.
• Comfort in collaborating with India based team and adjusting working hours to time
• zone differences is critical.
• Willingness to travel across the US as required.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
