Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to meet organizational objectives and revenue goals. 2. Lead the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to achieve exceptional results. 3. Identify new market opportunities, conduct market research and analyze competitive trends to drive business expansion. 4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, referring healthcare professionals, and corporate partners. 5. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, leveraging social media, online platforms, and other digital channels to reach target audiences effectively. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales and marketing initiatives with overall business strategies. 7. Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate insightful reports to drive continuous improvement and optimize revenue generation. 8. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative marketing strategies to enhance the hospital's competitive advantage. +. Represent the hospital at industry conferences, trade shows, and community events to enhance brand visibility and foster strategic partnerships. Qualifications: 1. Minimum of 12 to 16 years of experience in core sales and marketing, only in the healthcare or hospitality industry. 2. Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, resulting in business growth and increased market share. 3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with key stakeholders and represent the hospital effectively. 5. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools, with experience in executing successful campaigns across various online platforms. 6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights. 7. Advanced or Bachelor's degree / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). 8.
