Opportunity to work with a leading real estate developer An exciting opportunity to work with a global brand and execute its vision Job Description As a Sales Head you would be responsible for : * Preparation of Strategic Business Plans and Annual Business Plan * Formulate Strategic and Transnational Processes * Key Account Management, Sales and Business Development of Real Estate, Industrial & Warehousing spaces * Working extensively with projects to strategize their sales to fit the business plan of the project * Creation of project-specific marketing plans and formulating the right value proposition for customer segments * Responsible for collaboration with other departments and internal stakeholders thus providing additional sales support to project teams * Formulating better sales/sales administration processes/policies for the company and ensuring adherence across projects * Opening new channels like corporate tie-ups and Community tie-ups * Build a team of sales professionals for market penetration * Manpower planning, recruiting the right talent, and then training and grooming The Successful Applicant An ideal candidate would be someone with : - 15 years of experience - MBA or equivalent degree - In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry - Well versed in the market situation of West Region - Prior experience working with Real Estate Developers What's on Offer An exciting opportunity to work with a good brand and execute its vision in growing this line of business
