Job Description
Primarily responsible for overseeing the Sales & Business Development for IT Staffing Business
Unit & developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans.
MUST HAVE TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
✓ Prior experience of at least 10+ years into Sales of IT Staffing / MSP / RPO
✓ Someone who is passionate for achieving annual sales targets, building relationships and
understanding customer trends

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
✓ To research consumer requirements and represent with a comprehensive IT
Staffing solution package
✓ To develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand
customer base
✓ To sell IT Staffing products by implementing national sales plans & getting it executed with
the help of delivery team
✓ To own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within the assigned territory and accounts
✓ To establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions
and territories and projecting expected sales volumes and profit for existing and new products
✓ To determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies,
analysing trends and results
✓ To effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
✓ To understand category-specific landscapes and trends
✓ To report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
✓ To present weekly/fortnightly/monthly dashboard on profitability
SKILLS
✓ Leadership Skills: Asst. Vice President or Vice President – Sales (IT Staffing) should be able to
manage an Organization by successfully coordinating staff, resources, and implementing
policies effectively, so strong leadership skills are vital to this position
✓ Time Management: Asst. Vice President or Vice President – Sales (IT Staffing) works on various
tasks at once and need to be self-motivated, as often they are completing these tasks under
their own direction. Time management and the ability to prioritize tasks is vital to ensure goals
are met
✓ Problem-Solving Skills: As issues arise within an Organization, Asst. Vice President or Vice
President – Sales (IT Staffing) should be able to identify them and resolve them quickly and
efficiently for the sake of the business
✓ Decision-Making Abilities: A key part of being a successful Asst. Vice President or Vice
President – Sales (IT Staffing) is the ability to make decisions that benefit the organization and
work towards goals, strategies, and policies. They make decisions on a regular basis and
choose the best course of action

stakeholders, and clients effectively. This may be in the form of giving instructions, explaining
plans, or negotiating with external companies
