Job Responsibilities
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales potential for different territories.
Project the expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Manage the dealership sales by developing a business plan covering sales targets and expense controls.
Provide exceptional service and premium treatment to the customers to ensure satisfied clientele with increased loyalty.
Work in close consultation with sales consultants to ensure target achievement.
Coach and mentor the sales team members to ensure increased market penetration and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Manages and controls sales funnel activities of the team.
Conduct regular meetings to discuss targets achievement and feedback.
Evaluate the performance of the dealership against the industry benchmarks to understand the market potential.
Define the performance-based incentive program for sales personnel in coordination with management.
Professional Experience
Minimum 15-20 years of overall experience with minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the luxury car automobile brand.
