Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Manage inbound leads from website, social media, referrals, and marketing campaigns
• Communicate with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email with structured follow-ups
• Understand client requirements including home type, scope of work, budget, and timelines
• Schedule and coordinate client visits to the Experience Center
• Assist senior designers during client meetings and presentations
• Present design proposals, offers, and quotations to prospective clients
• Support closing conversations and handle post-meeting follow-ups
• Maintain accurate lead status, notes, and progress in CRM or Google Sheets
• Build client relationships and guide them toward consultations and deal progression
