SpEd@home is a result of over two decades of field experience of the founding team. We identified the need to ensure better access to integrated therapies required for children with special needs. We aspire to provide remedial and occupational therapy support to children with differential needs, across the globe. Established in Sept 2020, the company aims to build an ecosystem for children with differential needs to improve their physical, cognitive, developmental and educational outcomes.
SpEd@home has created a learning management system (LMS), that has been curated specifically to meet the requirements of children ages 6-13, having differential needs viz those with Learning Disability, ADD/HD and Autism Spectrum Disorders. It has been designed to help children achieve foundational literacy and numeracy.

Position Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken business development representative to join our sales team. The business development representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.
To be successful as an inside sales representative you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top inside sales representative should also be very competitive and a good listener.
Roles and Responsibility:
Identify new sales opportunities and handle both inbound and outbound calls to follow up.Make cold calls and emails to explore sales opportunities.Collaborate with teammates and to work towards closing deals.Maintain a detailed database with all information on the prospects.
Educational and Experience Requirements
Any Bachelor/ Post Graduate / MBA (Marketing / Sales)0-3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Educational SalesAbility to meet targetsFamiliarity with tech and start-up environment preferredDemonstrable track record of over-achieving quotaStrong written and verbal communication skills
