Job Description: Sales Intern for Selling NFC Digital Visiting Cards

As a Sales Intern for selling NFC digital visiting cards, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our innovative NFC-enabled digital visiting cards to potential customers. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. Here are some key aspects of your job description:

Product Knowledge: Gain a thorough understanding of our NFC digital visiting cards, including their features, benefits, and technical aspects. You should be able to confidently explain how the cards work and articulate their value proposition to potential customers.

Prospecting: Identify and target potential customers who would benefit from using NFC digital visiting cards. This may involve conducting market research, attending trade shows, leveraging online platforms, and utilizing your network to generate leads.

Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential customers, highlighting the advantages of NFC digital visiting cards. Demonstrate how the cards can enhance networking, provide easy access to contact information, and make a lasting impression.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and regular follow-ups. Understand their needs, address any concerns, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Negotiation: Collaborate with potential customers to understand their budget, requirements, and objectives. Prepare and negotiate sales proposals, ensuring a win-win situation for both the customer and the company.

Sales Targets: Work towards achieving sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company. Continuously track and report your sales activities, progress, and results to your supervisor.

Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer preferences. Provide feedback and suggestions to the marketing and product teams based on your market observations.

Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge, sales skills, and understanding of the NFC technology. Continuously learn and adapt to market dynamics to improve your sales effectiveness.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or recently graduated).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with potential customers.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Basic understanding of sales techniques and negotiation principles.
Familiarity with NFC technology and its applications would be an advantage.
Proficiency in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or willingness to learn.
Availability to travel for sales meetings and events, if required.
