We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern to join our dynamic sales team. As an SDR Intern, you will play a vital role in driving our company's growth by generating new business opportunities. This position is ideal for someone with 0-2 years of experience and a master's degree who is looking to gain practical experience and develop their skills in sales and business development. Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential prospects and target industries.
Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting efforts via phone calls, emails, and social media.
Assist in creating and executing outbound sales campaigns to generate interest and set up meetings for the sales team.
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop targeted prospecting strategies and refine sales messaging.
Utilise CRM software to track and manage leads, document customer interactions, and update sales activities.
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Provide feedback to the sales team on market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence.
Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales documentation and reports.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
A master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
0-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (internship experience will be considered).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and succeed in a sales environment.
Proactive and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software or willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of sales techniques and lead generation strategies.
