Job Description: Sales Intern
Location: Rajasthan, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh

Reporting To: Area Sales Manager/ Regional Sales Manager

Role Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Sales Interns passionate about agriculture and field engagement. This internship offers hands-on exposure to rural markets, dealer networks, and direct farmer interactions, especially during the Kharif and Rabi transition season.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in market development activities for key crops like maize, bajra, moong, mustard, and wheat.
Support demo plot setups, crop shows, and field day coordination.
Conduct farmer meetings and promote Star Agriseeds' product offerings.
Gather on-ground feedback from farmers, retailers, and channel partners.
Conduct market mapping, retailer surveys, and competitor activity tracking.
Work in coordination with ASMs/RSMs to drive promotional campaigns.
Submit weekly activity reports and field performance updates.
Eligibility Criteria:

Students pursuing B.Sc. (Agri) / M.Sc. (Agri) / MBA (Agri-Business) (final/pre-final year)
Strong communication skills and willingness to work in rural field locations
Familiarity with local language and culture of assigned territory
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) preferred
Open to extensive field travel within the assigned region
