Job Title: Sales Intern – Pune Zone

Location: Pune, Maharashtra (Work-from-home as per zone requirements)

Role Overview
We are looking for motivated, go-getter Sales Interns for the Pune zone to drive student enrollments and build brand presence across the city. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive on targets, love interacting with people, and want to earn based on their performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential students (school, college, or working professionals) across Pune through calls, referrals, and on-ground activities.
• Counseling & Sales: Understand student aspirations, explain SG Elevate’s courses, benefits, and ROI, and convert leads into enrollments.
• Relationship Building: Follow up consistently with prospects, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and build trust with students and parents.
• Market Research: Gather feedback on competitor activities, student needs, and pricing sensitivity in the Pune education market.
• Reporting: Daily/weekly/Fortnight reporting of sales activities, conversions, and challenges to the Zone Sales Manager.
Performance-Based Salary Structure - This is a pure performance-driven role – your earnings are directly proportional to your results.
Who Can Apply?
• Currently pursuing or recent graduate (Any degree) – MBA/PGDM students preferred but not mandatory
• Must be based in Pune or willing to work across Pune zone
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (strong advantage)
• Prior sales experience (telecalling, B2C, field sales) is a plus but not required
• Own a smartphone and two-wheeler (preferred for on-ground work)
Key Skills Required
• Persuasive communication & active listening
• Target-driven mindset with resilience to handle rejection
• Basic understanding of EdTech products / student psychology
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
