1. General purpose of the post
Realization of the sales plan by selling products over the phone.
Increasing the market share of products / services.
Selling to warm customers who are interested in the product.
2. Description of the tasks / duties / activities of the position
Make the monthly sales plan.
Presents and promotes the products / services over the phone by making offers for potential and existing customers.
Constantly prospect the market in order to identify new customers and increase the market share of the products.
Permanently maintains contact with existing customers for their loyalty.
Works in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database.
3. Performance indicators (Bonuses)
Achieving the planned sales figure.
Bonus is given for each sale.
