Key Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in jewellery sales (mandatory)
Fluent in Hindi and English
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to understand client preferences and guide purchases
Presentable, confident, and well-groomed
Role & Responsibilities:
Assist walk-in customers in the showroom and provide excellent service
Understand and promote brand products effectively
Drive sales and upsell products as per client needs
Maintain knowledge of current jewellery trends and collections
Handle billing, packaging, and after-sales service if required
Incentive Structure:
0.5% incentive on total individual sales every month
No sales target required to earn incentive
