Full Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
A Sales Executive is a professional who sets annual sales goals for the company and works towards achieving them with the assistance of the Sales Manager & Sales Associates. The job is based on setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads and converting them into customers.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Help customers select products based on the customers’ needs, product specifications, and interests.
· Respond to customers’ requests for pricing, availability, and product uses and creative ideas, and samples.
· Prepare quotations according to bid specifications.
· Coordinate order flow with production and secure best ship method to meet customer due dates.
· Follow up with customers to make sure they are satisfied with their purchases and to answer any questions or concerns.
· Research new sales opportunities, identify key retail sources, generate interest and close sales.
· Maintain and expand your database of prospects.
· Keep management informed of activity, including timely correspondence through emails and calls.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree / Graduate
· Comparable record of sales leadership experience required.
· At least two years of sales experience required.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
· Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹55,000.00 – ₹65,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Fixed shift
