We are seeking a pleasant, passionate, solution-oriented and ambitious Sales and Business development manager to take Tummy Pops forward, with focus on Corporate Sales and Channel Partners.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Generate Leads from various sources. Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analysing sales options.
2. Handle end-to-end corporate sales.
3. Handle Key Accounts of Potential Customers/ Clients such Corporates, Institutions, any Gifting clients.
4. Making proposals & offering end- to- end solutions to meet requirements.
5. Work closely with Technical, Procurement, Accounts and Logistic departments to ensure timely delivery of order.
6. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
7. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and suggestions.
8. Establish contact and develop relationships with HRs, Event Planners, or any other prospects.
+. Curate new hampers according to the demand and need of clients, online portals, customer audience, etc.
10. Prepare and travel for any exhibitions, events or social meet ups.
11. Travel to client location as per the requirement.
12. Design & develop a sales strategy.
13. Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
14. Research and recommend new opportunities.
15. Recommend Service improvements.
Must Haves:
1. Self-starter
2. Problem-solving attitude
3. Great Communication Skills
4. Focused
5. Sound exposure to English Language including grammar and spellings
6. Good with numbers.
7. Exposure to online search.
Creative and Design thinking would be good to have.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
