Our client is a fast-growing InsurTech start-up, below are the primary responsibilities of the role:

Role: Enterprise Tech Sales Lead – Insurance SaaS

Location: Delhi/Mumbai

Responsibilities:
• Generate and qualify leads: Identify and target potential customers in the Insurance industry who can benefit from the company's platform. Conduct research, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations: Articulate the value proposition of the platform to potential clients, showcasing its features, functionalities, and benefits. Effectively demonstrate how the platform can streamline and automate processes across the Insurance value chain.
• Build and maintain client relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with insurance carriers, brokers, and other key decision-makers. Understand their unique challenges and pain points, align the platform's capabilities with their specific needs, and provide tailored solutions to drive sales.
• Drive Sales and Meet Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets by actively pursuing opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
• Provide exceptional customer service: Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
• Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with the platform Design Team, Product Managers, and Customer Support to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation. Provide valuable customer feedback and insights to help enhance the platform's features and functionalities.
• Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, innovations, and challenges in the insurance industry, especially in the area of insurance automation and low-code platforms. Share insights and knowledge with the sales team and contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales strategies.
• Sales reporting and documentation: Document all sales activities, and customer interactions, ensuring data integrity and generating regular sales reports for management.
• An expectation to bring in product feedback for improvement.

Requirements:
• 8-10+ years of experience in selling SaaS/Enterprise Technology platforms.
• Good to have Insurance domain knowledge.
• Strong understanding of insurance processes, and workflows.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with low-code platforms and automation technologies is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and create win-win solutions.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide consultative sales solutions.
• Ability to work with people at Senior/C-level
