Snap’s three core products are Snapchat, a visual messaging app that enhances your relationships with friends, family, and the world (used by 750 million people around the world every day); Lens Studio, an augmented reality platform that powers AR across Snapchat and other services; and our AR glasses, Spectacles.
Snap India has been a cornerstone of Snap’s growth since 2026. Snap has made significant investments in localizing the app and has successfully built a highly engaged Snapchatter community in India. We’re looking for a Manager, Advertiser Solutions to join Snap Inc! As a Sales Manager, you will be based in our Mumbai office, India and will manage a team of Account Executives. You will need to have natural leadership skills; the ability to coach, develop, and challenge your direct reports; and strong client-facing skills. You should have a deep understanding of the performance of top accounts at Snap and a point of view on how they would accelerate growth in their vertical over the next year.
In this full-time position, you will report directly to the General Manager, India based in Mumbai
What you’ll do:
+ Have command of and be responsible for the growth of your category and subsequent accounts at Snap and be able to inform client teams on trends in that category
+ Manage a team of Account Executives
+ Build and manage relationships with key tech clients and agency partners
+ Hold your team accountable to revenue quotas and KPIs
+ Define, execute, and deliver KPI-driven measurement strategies
+ Understand broad tech vertical trends and translate into strategic areas and opportunities to drive growth of the business
+ Assist Sales leadership with determining individual quotas and account lists for team members
+ Develop strategic insights, highlight opportunities, and provide structured reporting on performance in their market or market vertical
+ Maintain deep expertise on Snapchat products and developments and leverage that understanding to identify cross-selling opportunities relevant to customers’ business goals
+ Build a culture of sharing and disseminate best in class work across the team and broader organization
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
+ Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization (internally and externally)
+ Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
+ Strong business sense and industry expertise across the tech verticals
+ Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
+ Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or equivalent experience
+ 10+ years experience in sales in digital media space
+ Proven track record in leading winning sales teams
+ Pre-existing relationships with brand marketers within the tech vertical and advertising agencies
+ Can facilitate meetings with multiple senior stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Someone who’s up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up
+ Passion for Snap Inc. products and marketing!
+ Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing
+ Extensive knowledge of performance marketing including industry trends, measurement and attribution approaches, and competitive product knowledge
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to build trust with C-level clients by understanding their business needs and tailoring communications
+ Deep knowledge of the self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying
