We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Sales Manager to lead our sales team in generating revenue and expanding our customer base.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with Axis Branch Sellers, meeting targets through Bank’s FOS, and converting leads into quality business.
• They will also be responsible for adhering to established processes, coordinating with Cluster Managers and Operations HUB, and ensuring minimal customer complaints.
Key Requirements:
• Excellent relationship skills, ability to manage various levels of bank management, and adherence to process.
• Graduate degree from a UGC/AICTE-approved college or university.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance.
• Experience in life insurance sales management, retail bank distribution, and channel management.
Responsibilities:
• Manage relationships with Axis Branch Sellers and meet targets through Bank's FOS.
• Convert leads into quality business by ensuring timely follow-ups and adherence to agreed-upon timelines.
• Adhere to established processes and coordinate with Cluster Managers and Operations HUB.
• Ensure minimal customer complaints by providing excellent service and resolving issues promptly.
