Bramley Health are looking for a self-motivated, organised individual to join their team as a Sales Ledger Executive.
The role of Sales Ledger Executive is essential to the functioning of our homes and business. Managing funding and payments can impact the care we provide, so it is important its in the right hands!
About Us
Bramley Health is a specialist health and social care provider. We support men and women of working age who pose variations of mental health challenges within our homes, to maximise their independence to live a meaningful and fulfilling life.
We have a total of 8 homes that are operational located around the Southeast of England, with more being renovated to open in due course.
About The Role
As part of the sales ledger team, your primary role will be ensuring the smooth, end to end running of sales ledger and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
• Raising invoices and maintaining service users records
• Collection of due/overdue accounts receivable
• Reconciliation of sales ledger control accounts
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required for information relating to admissions and discharges
Key Skills
• Previous sales ledger experience
• Experience if sage 50 accounts
• Intermediate level of understanding of Microsoft excel
• Able to manage several cases simultaneously, prioritising accordingly
• Demonstrable excellent interpersonal and communication skills
