About our Opportunity
As the Sales Manager of our South Australian business, you will deliver continued profitable growth, accountability and improvement in sales. You'll provide leadership, support, development and coaching to the sales team by building constructive relationships across the team to cultivate a climate in which your Sales team will optimise sales outcomes and meet sales objectives. Your core focus is the development and management of Trend's external sales and customers by managing sales operations and building a high-performing sales team to execute the strategic sales plan.
In addition, you will:
Manage the sales administration function:
develop the sales strategy/plan
sales forecasting
financial management reporting
Develop and implement sales processes, activities, and disciplines
Monitor customer behaviours and trends
Workforce planning - recruit, onboard, and train high-performing sales representatives

A highly motivated, results-oriented leader with a bold approach to seeking new business, you'll thrive in the rapidly changing manufacturing environment.
You will have:
Experience leading, coaching & developing a sales team
Experience within the Window/Construction industry
Proficiency with technology and using CRM’s
Strong business acumen
Ability to produce accurate reporting and evaluation
