Position: Sales Manager – Channel Sourcing (CP)
Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Baner, Pune
Experience: 8–12 Years
Qualification: MBA / Any Graduate
CTC: ₹12 – ₹15 LPA
Reporting To: VP – Sales & Marketing
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager – Channel Sourcing (CP) to lead and grow our broker/Channel Partner network. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate channel sales, strong relationship-building skills, and a strategic mindset to drive consistent bookings through CP engagement and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, expand, and manage a strong network of Channel Partners (CPs) to drive project sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through CP sourcing and activation.
Organize regular CP meets, site visits, and promotional events to ensure continued engagement and motivation.
Train and onboard new CPs on product offerings, pricing strategies, and sales processes.
Identify high-potential partners and create focused growth plans.
Coordinate with the marketing team for CP-specific campaigns and lead generation.
Maintain timely MIS and reporting on CP performance and sales conversions.
Ensure all CP documentation and commission structures are in line with company policy.
Act as a bridge between the company and the CP network to resolve issues, provide updates, and ensure alignment.
Key Requirements:
Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
8–12 years of relevant experience in real estate channel sales.
Strong network of CPs/brokers in the region is a must.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
High energy and result-oriented approach with a focus on relationship management.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting dashboards.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
