Our financial solutions are not only the best in the business they were made just right for you.Job PurposeUL central support staff will be responnsible to provide support to all product and sale team for daily support like MIS , managing and reporting of all case status and cordinating with internal as well as external stakeholder for any queries and resolutionKey AccountabilitiesShare the calling data with PACE via SFTP folderSupport Product and Sales team with MIS and case statusManage queries from sales team, Product team and PACE on the case initiatedSupport team with MIS to approve invoicesAnalyse the data as required basis adhoc requestReporting of cases status and following up with stakeholder for update on case and follow up with required action with internal as well as external stakholderJob Duties & responsibilitiesSupport Business team with the functions to increase and improve businessCreate daily/monthly/quaterly business MISWork with PACE on te disbursal MISShare data as requested for slides and decision makingRequired ExperienceProven track record in working on MIS and data crunchingUnderstanding of the personal loan businessThorough understanding of data and excelEducation / Preferred QualificationsGraduateCore CompetenciesExcellent listening skills, with inquisitive mindSelf drive and highly ambitiousGood written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and tenaciousSelf StarterExcellent at excelTechnical CompetenciesSound understanding of Personal Loan business and dataWork RelationshipClose interaction with Business teams
