Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects,
negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication

Responsibilities:
Managing Sales of Residential units as well as Commercial Sales.
Planning sales & marketing strategies and & achieving targets for self.
Managing customer, vendor and affiliate relationships.
Maintaining deal pipelines and client contact lists. Participating in client meetings and
corporate Events.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings,
telephone calls And emails.
Visiting potential customers for new business and strategically mapping the market
achieving Goals.
Working on the latest sales software of the company.
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
Gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on future buying
trends.
Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with your manager.
Identify new markets and business opportunities.
Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office.
Achieving continuously Sales Targets for self & for team if team leader.
Develop effective training programs for subordinate staff.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
Proficiency in English
Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
