Sales Manager - 4 Positions.
Qualification and Job Responsibilities.
# English proficiency and TOEFL certified is preferable.
# At least 4 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
# Develop and implement sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
# Build strong relationships with clients, understand their logistics requirements, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
# Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful relationships with clients.
# Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills and strong knowledge of freight forwarding and supply chain management.
# Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
# Working hours – 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM (Mar to Oct) and 7:30 PM to 3:30 AM (Nov to Feb) to match USA commercial working hours from +:00 AM to 5:00 PM USA EST. Non-Working Days - (2 days of weekends on Saturday and Sunday and other USA national holidays).
