Job Purpose:

· Drive brand growth through media strategy, planning, execution, costs and innovation

· Supports Performance marketing efforts and media management.

· Supporting Channel Strategy for the market. Advocates and integrates Social Media activities in alignment with overall Digital and Brand Strategies.

· Implements Marketing Communications plan, activities and strategy for the market

· Develops and ensures Amways leadership in SEO rankings

· Lead Web content development and management

· Work closely with the Digital/IT team to support Amway's Social Commerce Initiative including digital analytics

· Needs to identify and rapidly scale our digital marketing capabilities to enable the digital transformation and

modernize the brand and product experiences delivered to ABOs and customers."

· Develop and implement the Marketing Communications strategy targeting ABOs and Customers

· Drive Social Marketing strategy (paid and organic)

· Manage all agency / vendor contracts and help monitor and control marketing expenditure

· Partner with key stakeholders – Key functions in Amway India and Regional/Global Marketing Team and ABOs (Distributors)

Primary Responsibilities:
• Strategize, plan, and execute the media plan with the agencies/vendors to deliver high reach and impact at the lowest cost for Amway and its brands
• Design and execute Marketing Communications including Social Media strategy (paid/organic) for corporate, brand and Amway Direct Sellers to enhance visibility, awareness, understanding and engagement amongst Direct Sellers and consumers.
• Develops corporate and brand led digital campaigns, programs, experiences and solutions to generate leads and also build on existing direct sellers and consumers.
• Drive adoption and usage of digital and social tools for distributors to manage, monitor, share, connect, communicate and grow their business
• Builds on the presence of Amway India in the Social Media Platforms and drives Social Channel Management through topical posts
• Supports our direct sellers and the Digital team in the Social Commerce journey
• Drive Advertising/TV/print campaigns (as and when required – while focus will be mainly on digital)
• Drive Social Marketing through but not limited to :
• work closely with social media content team to align on Performance, Social Influencers, Social Communities, Creators and Social Advertising.

· SEO Optimization

o Ensure we are in the top search rankings for our priority keywords in Nutrition and Amway Corporate category.

o Working with Digital team driving tech improvements for SEO

o Interaction with Amway Global SEO Team and aligning on and using global tools like conductor for SEO optimization, sharing learnings with global team on regular basis and understanding areas for improvement
• Anticipates communications trends, monitors emerging media and identifies media best suited for reaching Amway and its brands' target audience

· Performance Marketing:

o Creating digital media plans that are optimized for performance, choosing media platforms and sharing creative guidelines for best impact

o Coordination and iterations with creative agency to get the creatives as per campaign requirement , before go live.

o Coordination and iterations with media agency (daily & weekly) to get the optimum performance from different media vehicles, close monitoring for any errors or gaps
• Generate leads and target conversions for activities on social channels
• Maximizes efficiencies within the Social Media process and drives channel strategy
• Plans and executes initiatives based on the evaluation of analytics and measurements reports and other relevant data- work closely with Data and Analytics team

o Setting up tagging and tracking with analytics and brand team to ensure full funnel analysis from impressions to website visits to conversions.

o Post campaign report out and analysis

● Media Proposals and partnership evaluations

• Building relationship with publishing partners and driving engagements to get the most effective plans for Amway

• Ability to lead and negotiate with partners

• Project management of media partnerships to ensure timely delivery against project plans.

● Website management:

• Lead Web content for all marketing and corporate related pages end to end

• Creating & managing marketing content to ensure its best in class in alignment with the brand teams

• Creating & Maintaining marketing content as required for CRM processes

• Ensure Content on website is error free through regular QC

• Monthly monitoring, updating and optimizing web content for SEO

● Drives Digital Asset Management, CRM Campaigns and ABO Crowdsourcing

● Oversee videos , Digital leaflets, BSM's on website as per the requirement so that the ABO's can download the same as per their requirement.

● Channel management

• Content and access management between partners, live events access and testing etc

• Brand content go live management, scheduling, wall management, Insta highlights playlist, YT channel lists mgt

• Tracking and Tagging performance on all posts

• Plan to increase and promote User generated content

● Agency Management

• Closure on Agreements with Media Agency, Creative Agency, Influencer Agency , SEO partner , other media partnerships.

• Harmonizes agency and vendor partnerships to ensure synergies, maximize output, and leverage cost savings

• Manage relationships, negotiate contracts and supervise agencies in agreement with the manager. Monitor service levels and locate, assess and replace vendors when necessary

● Budget:

Lead Brand / Corporate Advertising Budget Tracking and spend Planning with brand teams proactively

Social Media ORM

· Ensure all platforms are closely monitored, and a query log is maintained for any user queries and shared with the client for a revert.

· Complete ORM program, Analytics & reports

· Build proactive response strategy, be on top of all conversations and continuously drive positive engagement

· Effective resolution of queries by ABO's / consumers on all social media platforms by coordinating with the brand teams, other respective / relevant divisions.

Amway programs :

Oversee team on data/reporting of Team Nutrilite and Artistry achievers Club, support brand teams

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND/OR RELATED EXPERIENCE
• or equivalent experience gained from any combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or work and life experience

Education

MBA/PGDBM

Marketing Management – Advertising, media, digital

12-14Yrs in in Advertising / Media. Preferably currently in a corporate role

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Thorough understanding of the marketing processes; knowledge of existing and emerging media/communication tools, e.g., web, social, digital, etc.
• Advanced knowledge of performance marketing, digital media (paid/display etc), TV, print, radio, outdoor, audio-visual and other media tools
• Excellent knowledge of communications principles and practices
• Ability to develop communication strategies to achieve brand/program objectives and to convert broad campaign concepts/directions into simple, easily absorbed verbal and visual messages which are relevant to the digital space - knowledge of each step of a campaign or communications rollout
• Ability to influence, curate and develop excellent content/campaigns for the digital space that is personalised across channels and target audiences to meet the stated objectives for Amway and its brands in the digital space
• Thorough knowledge and practice of Social selling and all its foundational components
• Agency/Vendor Management: Vendor selection; knowledge of methods or techniques used to inspire agency performance and agency harmonization.
• Budget Management: Budget planning, tracking, reconciliation
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing and conflicting timelines and requirements; ability to mobilize resources against campaign objectives
