sourcing, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with Channel Partners, Customers and Builders.
Location: Mumbai and Bangalore
Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
• Source and on-board new channels, connectors etc. to increase penetration in the allocated area
• Maintain positive business relationships with Channel Partners and Bank teams
• Train and support Channel Partners on a regular basis to ensure maximum productivity
• Source, guide and assist customers to select the most suitable product, basis the profile and
• Bank/Lender policies
• Ensuring Process Support - Login to disbursement completion, fulfilment, counselling, and hand-holding the customer through the entire process of sanction and disbursement
• Ensure the timely completion of applications and relevant documents sourced, by promptly coordinating with Channel Partners and Customers
• Achieve the targets assigned as per the work profile and geography
• Promote and sell/cross sell products/services using in depth product knowledge
• Expedite the resolution to the problems or complaints to maximize customer/channel partner satisfaction
• Maintain and timely update of the records as per the task assigned
Required Skills/ Knowledge and Qualification:
• Postgraduate & Graduate from any discipline
• Should have 5 to 6yrs of experience into Mortgages, especially channel management
