· 7-12 Years of experience in sales in IT/ITES/Consulting/Analytics solutions and service., Preferably in BFSI
· Enterprise sales experience is a Must.
· Identify appropriate prospects , Make effective quality sales calls and Manage sales cycle to Close new business
· Experience in adding new logos and Mining strategic accounts and oversee marketing activities to enhance company visibility
· Achieve sales goals and access current client needs, Often utilizing product demo and presentations
· Should have personal connects with CxO levels to understand the business change and propose optimum solutions.
· Should be familiar both understanding and selling cloud Platform
· Develop growth strategies in coordination with leadership team.
· Client obsession with a strong aptitude in a structured sales approach
· Excellent Presentation, influencing, Negotiating and selling
· Self driven with past in closing deals
