Summary
We are in need of a motivated, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales department. The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading an experienced team of Account Executives.
Department/Profile: Sales Manager/Senior sales manager
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Salary : 20k to 30k + incentive
Location: Mansarovar (Jaipur)

Company primarily into development of JDA Approved Flats (both Luxury segment as well as Budget segment), JDA/Govt. Approved well developed integrated Townships. In Short Span of 5 years, Company has been able to deliver 6 JDA approved Townships, 2 Luxurious Flats Project. Currently 5 Plotting Township and 5 Flat Project going on at Ajmer Road, Sikar Road and Mansarovar Locations.
Duties and Responsibilities:-
1.Sales of Company’s Flats, Plots & Villas
2.Meetings with Prospective customers
3. Main role is to attend to client query and visit clients to appropriate project
4.Handling customer visits at the project site and bring it to closure
5. Excellent in Selling, properties of individuals and corporate.
6.Work on sales scripts with agents
7.Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
8.Self-motivation and drive
+. Great people skills
10. A current Driving License (At least 2 Wheeler Compulsory)
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
2 to 5 years’ B2B sales experience
2+ years in a leadership sales position
Track record of superior performance metrics
Excellent negotiation skills
Strong decision-making abilities
Able to travel regularly
Dedication to providing great customer service
Familiarity with Salesforce and QuickBooks
