EMPANEL DEALERS – 2 WHEELERS / TRACTORS / EV DEALERS /SUBDEALERS ETC
FOCUS ON SCHOOL BUS /STAFF BUS BUSINESS – PROPER MAPPING PLAN
FOCUS ON AGENT ACTIVATION 100%
TRAIN THE ADVISORS ON PRODUCTS, IT ,SALES PROCESS.
GUIDE , COMMUNICATE WITH ADVISORS TO ACHIEVE SALES TARGETS.
LEAD BY EXAMPLE BY ATTENDING TO CUSTOMER CALLS.
RESOLVE ADVISOR/CUSTOMER QUERIES, COMPLAINTS.
