Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research to identify target audience for market access and market penetration
• Customer outreach to generate leads leveraging techniques of Cold Calls, Cold Emails, Email Campaigns and using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Qualify generated leads
• Partake in ‘Discovery Calls’ and Client meetings
• Drive sales negotiations to closure
• Work with content and marketing team to design ‘Email Campaigns’
• Consistently meet revenue goals in accordance with team/organizational goals
• Management of customer relationships
• Management of key accounts
• Development of new accounts
• Updating customer relationship management (CRM) system with client and deal details
• Provide weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ annual reports on sales conducted

• Good understanding of sales cycle in IT Services and Product industry is a must have
• Proficiency in conducting solution sales
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM
