Job Description:
· Learn the technical details concerning how our service works and what problems it solves for our clients
· Create new sales and marketing strategies that target B2B customers and positions our service as the best solutions for prospective clients
· Manage customer relations by soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data we receive through digital channels
· Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up after initial meeting
· Identify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business, then communicate those issues and possible solutions to upper management
· Set and achieve sales goals and quotas on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
· Consults with existing and potential clients to assess and understand equipment needs and systems requirements.
· Drafts or assists with the drafting of presentations and other documentation and materials that explain products and services to customers.
· Ensures that customer needs are met, which may include service modifications.
· Proposes improved materials or products to customers and explains benefits of changes.
· Prepares product orders and schedules deliveries.
· Assists with research and development of new products.
· Performs other duties as assigned
Broad Role Definition
1. This is a sales , Key Account Management Job
2. Job involves selling Civil Architectural Services, Structural Design Services, and Quantity Survey Services to Architects, Structural Engineers, Contractors, Builders, Government Contractor's. .
3. Responsible for sales of Architectural, Structural & Quantity Survey for Rural, Urban Projects, Buildings, Water and Waste Water Projects,.
4. Suspecting, prospecting for new account creation and sales closure to achieve assigned sales targets.
5. Account Management- Independently map accounts and build relationships across the key stakeholders (Builders, Architects, Structural Engineers, Government and Private Contractor's) in the account.
6. Understanding client requirements and positioning the appropriate solution.
7. Sales planning, reporting (monthly forecast, weekly commit, pipeline development)
8. Achieving key business parameters (revenues and gross margins) and payment collection.

Skills Required
· Candidate should have knowledge of Civil Services like Structural Designing/Architectural Designing/Quantity Analysis/ Structural & Architectural Drafting
· Candidates with knowledge on related Civil infrastructure Designing.
· Knowledge /Exposure on Civil Service related products would be a bonus.
· Proven track record in sales & business development with large and medium organizations
· Solution selling skills with experience in selling Civil Complex designing and allied services.
· Knowledge of commercial processes and bid preparations
· Excellent written and oral communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Qualification: Preferred - B.E/B.Tech,Dip/Graduate
Experience: 01-10 years with at least 3 years minimum in Civil/Architectural Service oriented sales.
