Looking for a self-motivated in sales and business developments.
Developing and nurturing relations with new existing clients.
Develop and execute strategy for customers acquisition marketing across multiple channels to deliver on the companys sales growth objectives.
Handling Direct Sales, channel sales and corporate tie up activity to generate maximum business for new projects.
Responsible for generating new business oppourties for the organization- monitoring and positioning for all future projects.
Develop customer -impacting intivates across the company to ensure that they result in a coherent, positive customer experience that will support retention and loyalty.
Maintaining strong relationship with appropriates teams within developer corporation and customers to ensure strong market leverage.
Required candidates profile
· Experience in direct sales will be an added advantage (Real Estate Only)
· Experience communication pleasing personality and convincing. Please refer to the JD above.
· Good Channel partners networks will help to get on board easily,
· Manage End to End sales & Marketing for residential, Commercial projects.
· Design, Develop, & executive sales and marketing strategy.
· Lead Generation and sales conversion.
· Meeting, clients, Briefing them on project details, price, site visits, reviews.
· Excellent Skills channels sales and channels developments.
· Shall process excellent communication skills in Hindi and English and good presentation skills.

Position : Project Leader / Sales Manager for Market Yard and Dhanori site location ( Xrbia : Singapune)
Role :
1) Lead the team of Sales Managers.
2) Able to convince customer and close the deals.
3) Ensure team Targets are achieved on monthly basis.
4) Ensure timely collections.
5) Responsible for Team Performance.
6) Team management including training; attrition and Allocation of Targets.
Requirements :
1) MBA / PG-DBM.
2) 8 to 10 Years of experience in Sales, preferably in Real Estate / Banking.
3) Sales Operations, Interpersonal skills, Team handling, Data Analysis & Tech savvy
