We are delighted to inform you that we are hiring a Sales Manager for Freshot Robotics Pvt Ltd (www.freshot.in), a company that offers fresh and hot food 24x7 through automated cooking and vending machines.
As a Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
- Build, lead and manage a team of Sales Executives who are responsible for generating sales in the FMCG sector, especially in Hospitals, Big Apartments, Public Sector viz Railway, Airport, Bus corporation etc.
- Train and mentor your team members on sales skills, product knowledge and customer service
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of your team and provide them with regular feedback and coaching
- Coordinate with the management and product teams to align sales strategies and goals with the company's vision and mission
- Develop and implement sales plans and budgets for your territory and ensure that they are met or exceeded
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the FMCG sector and ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
To be eligible for this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager or a similar role in the FMCG industry, preferably with a proven track record of leading and motivating sales teams
- Strong network and contacts in the FMCG sector, especially in the target segments mentioned above
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software to manage sales data and reports. And have good knowledge of online marketing channels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory to meet customers and generate sales
Communication Skill:
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Fluent in Kannada (verbal)
Fluent in Hindi (verbal)
Knowledge of other languages is a plus
Experience:
4+ relevant Years
Salary:
25,000 and above + sales incentives + performance bonus etc.
