Job Description
The Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and motivating a team of insurance advisors, ensuring they achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. The role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of insurance products and the insurance industry.
Responsibilities:
· Manage a team of insurance advisors and monitor their performance to achieve sales targets.
· Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors, ensuring they receive proper training and guidance.
· Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increased market penetration.
· Provide coaching and mentoring to insurance advisors, assisting them in building their sales skills and product knowledge.
· Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the team members.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and challenges.
· Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and underwriting, to support sales initiatives and resolve customer issues.
· Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
· Stay updated with industry developments, product knowledge, and market trends to provide accurate information to the team and clients.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in any field
· Min 2 Years Exp in Sales Industry
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving sales growth.
· Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions.
