Position 1 : Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
• Actively seek out potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, online platforms, and events.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential buyers and develop strategies to engage with them effectively.
• Showcase the features, amenities, and benefits of our luxury residential properties to prospective buyers.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, providing accurate information, and guiding customers in their decision-making process.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the real estate market trends, pricing, and competition in order to position our properties effectively.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns, promotions, and initiatives.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring all necessary documentation and paperwork are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Good understanding of the local real estate market in Jaipur.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work on weekends or attend events as needed.
Position 2: Tele-caller
Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers through phone calls to promote our luxury residential projects.
Provide information about the projects, answer customer inquiries, and schedule site visits.
Follow up with leads and maintain an accurate database of customer interactions.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective lead conversion.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Tele-caller or similar sales role.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Persuasive and customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
High school diploma or equivalent.
