Job Role – Sales Manager(B2B)
Functional Area – Learning and Development
Experience- 2 - 6 years
Location- Bangalore
The major responsibilities include Account Management, Client Acquisition, Revenue Generation, and Project Management.
Responsibilities:
• Generate potential leads proactively
• Respond to incoming leads via email, chat, or phone related to B2C products and services
• Make cold calls and initiate sales or set up meetings with potential customers over the phone
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients in person and via telephone calls and emails
• Be up to date with the company’s products and services (old and new), informing clients and answering client questions related to it
• Listening to client queries and asking questions to engage customers in a conversation to elicit maximum information needed to make a sale
• Explore and gather market and customer information, domestic and international buying trends for company products and services
• Advice on product developments, discuss special promotions based on demand and market scenario in respective regions
• Revisit and explore client need to generate repeat sales
• Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products
• Make accurate, rapid cost calculations on volume sales and negotiate on price and costs
• Meeting sales quotas, continuously reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
• Work with the pre-sales team to ensure winning proposals are created that is aligned with client expectations and needs
• Retaining clients and building strong, trusting relationships
• Providing superior customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
• Communicating and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with business development, sales, or account management. Experience in managing large account portfolios is preferred.
• The candidate must be fluent in English (both vocabulary and writing)
• High interpersonal skills and strategic thinking, good customer service, and negotiation skills.
• The candidate must also be highly organized and planned along with being solution oriented.
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Qualifications
• 2-5 years' quota carrying sales experience
