Key Responsibilities:
Ensure achievement of the Top line Business Targets by sourcing business through open market.
Conduct sales promotion activities in open market and improve relationships through expos and events, various activities etc.

Responsible for launching new products in market Ensure key customer satisfaction through customer service of the highest quality Handle all end to end activities related to the product i.e.
from Login to Disbursement Liaise with various departments within the system (Credit/Operations etc.) to ensure smooth process flows Responsible for acquisition of channel partners for sourcing products - Connectors Improve relationship and deepen the relation with existing clients Prevent/ minimize the fraudulent/risky proposals entry into the system Provide timely feedback to central team for improvements in product features and processes Conduct training on selling/product Create a performance oriented environment through effective team management, leading to high employee motivation and productivity

Role Proficiencies:
Customer First Attitude.

Combined with strong relationship Management skills Working Capital Knowledge, Understanding of Financials is a definite advantage Strong Sales Oriented Mind set with experience in handling Customers Leadership Mind set to balance both transactional needs & Strategic Needs Collaborative Skills required to set & Scale.

Ability to work effectively across functions Have strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and inter-personal skills Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals Ability to deliver under high pressure environment Should be flexible in thought process and display agility in day to day work Should have knowledge and be able to work on MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
