Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving company sales objectives, managing and developing the sales team, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with the marketing department to develop effective strategies to increase sales. The role is located at Vohra Textiles in Ludhiana.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the textile industry
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a successful sales team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Demonstrated ability to maintain existing customer relationships and identify new opportunities for growth
• Experience with e-commerce and online sales is a plus
