Job Description
1. At least 8-10 years of experience in International Education/Edutech/Education industry preferably in managing call center/customer service executives of which atleast 3 years should be at a team leader position.
2. Knowledge of Dubai/European market is preferable but not mandatory.
3. Team handling experience of managing at least 8-10 member.
4. Target driven and ability to achieve numbers in highly competitive environment.
5. Experience and knowledge of setting up processes will be an added advantage.
6. Experience and knowledge of CRM and telephony is a must.
7. Excellent communication skills and team player.
