This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales staff, achieving sales targets, and building and maintaining client relationships. This role involves developing sales strategies, creating sales plans, and monitoring sales performance. The Sales Manager will be responsible for analyzing market trends and implementing the best practices to increase sales revenue.
Qualifications
• 10+ Years of experience in field sales candidate with capability around cloud/Data center/Security Solutions/Networking/Cyber security/endpoint Sales/MDM/VMware/O365
• Good Knowledge in IT hardware Sales and good connections i.e 15 - 20 customer
• He/she should ensure fulfillment of quarterly and annual orders commitments, and meeting sales targets
• Strong Communication and presentation skills
• Under Grads or Diploma are preferred
• Experience in managing a sales team is desirable
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
