Role Description
This is a full-time sales manager role located in Jaipur with some flexibility to work from home. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales goals. You will also be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, supporting their professional development, and ensuring their success.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a sales manager or similar role
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team of sales representatives
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth
• Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the mortgage or finance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
